At our company, we collect personal information when you register for an account, create or modify your profile, apply for a job, or use, access, or interact with our services.
For all users, we collect contact information such as your name and email address. You may enter this information yourself, or it may be entered by an account administrator to create an account on your behalf. The account administrator is usually someone from your organization.
In addition, we collect billing information such as credit card number and billing address from the owner of the Verified Metrics account.
We also collect notification and marketing preferences, as well as accounting information. Our core activity at Verified Metrics is to provide services that facilitate financial reporting, analysis, and due diligence for business entities such as companies, trusts, and others.
To achieve this, Verified Metrics allows you to import accounting information related to an entity(such as journal entries). This information is provided directly from third-party services, such as Xero and Intuit, where you have given us permission to do so.
To access this data we securely store access tokens that allow us to update the accounting information in Verified Metrics on your behalf.

This data helps us understand how you use our websites and services so that we can provide you with the best possible experience. The data collected may include search queries, pages visited, device information, and the features and actions used. We may connect usage data to personal information to provide customer support or improve our services for individual customers.
We use Google Analytics to analyze usage data. To learn more about Google's privacy policy, please refer to Google's Policies and Principles. You can also use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to prevent analytics information from being sent to Google Analytics.
